Nachos are quick, tasty and they can be healthy. Perfect for watching a game or as a quick dinner or snack for the kids. Subscribe for new vids M-W-F!http://bit.ly/sub2moms Follow me on Instagram! http://instagram.com/madewithmeg INGREDIENTS - 1/2 a bag of baked tortilla chips - 1/2 lb lean ground turkey, sauteed - 2 zucchinis diced and sauteed - 1/2 cup black beans (drained and rinsed) - 1 (up to 1/5) cup shredded cheese (cheddar, monterey jack, queso, etc). - TOPPINGS: sliced black olives, cut avocado, pico de gallo, sour cream DIRECTIONS 1) Preheat oven to 350. 2. In oven-proof pan (try a pie pan or a 8x8 pan), layer chips, turkey, zucchini and then cheese. Repeat layer and bake for about 8 minutes, until cheese is melted. 3) Top nachos as desired.
