Today we will make Domino's style Cheese dip
INGREDIENTS MENTIONED ABOVE
let us start now
Take a pan and heat it properly
add small piece of Amul Butter
add 1 spoon of Gram Flour
mix well
flame should be on low
after roasting it for few minutes we will add 1 small cup of milk
low the flame
if you feel you can add more milk step by step
we have added more half glass of milk
mix it continuously
add your left over milk into the pan
stir it
stir it continuously...so that no lumps are found
we will use processed cheese
add cheese step by step
and mix it well
add all the cheese now
consistency should be thick
add a pinch of salt
add 1/3rd spoon black pepper
mix it well
we can also cut the cheese into half instead of grating
mix it well and let it boil on low flame
i added 6 amul cheese cubes in total
keep on flame for 1 minute more
add 1/3rd spoon oregano
mix it well
you can also add 1 spoon of butter
Cheese dip is ready to serve now
